3. USER ACCOUNTS

You are solely responsible for:

All activity conducted under your account

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT & SUBMISSIONS

You retain ownership of your content.

4.2 License Grant (Critical)

By submitting content, you grant Cyntra360 Hub (OPC) Private Limited a:

WORLDWIDE, PERPETUAL, IRREVOCABLE, ROYALTY-FREE, NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE
TO HOST, STORE, REPRODUCE, MODIFY, ADAPT, PUBLISH, DISTRIBUTE, DISPLAY, AND USE THE CONTENT FOR PLATFORM OPERATION, PROMOTION, LEGAL COMPLIANCE, AND ARCHIVAL PURPOSES.

4.3 Content Moderation & Removal

The Company does not pre-screen all content

We reserve the absolute right to review, edit, reject, or remove content at our sole discretion

Content may be removed without notice or explanation

Removal does not imply liability or endorsement

Failure to remove content does not constitute approval.

The Company does not store sensitive financial information.

5.2 NO REFUNDS / NO CANCELLATIONS (MANDATORY)

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL.

Once a payment is successfully completed:

No refunds shall be issued under any circumstances

No cancellations, reversals, or chargebacks

No partial refunds or credits

No exceptions,

including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Non-usage of service

Content rejection or moderation

Account suspension or termination

Technical issues not attributable to gross negligence

Violation of platform policies

By making a payment, you explicitly waive all rights to dispute, reverse, or claim refunds.

6. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS & TAKEDOWN
